Billy and the Minpins
Originally published as The Minpins, this was Roald Dahl's very last children's book, beautifully reimagined with brand-new, vibrant color illustrations by his iconic collaborator, Quentin Blake. The story follows little Billy, who defies his mother's strict warnings and ventures into the mysterious, dark Forest of Sin. There, he is chased by the terrifying, smoke-belching Gruncher. To escape, Billy climbs a massive hollow tree and discovers the Minpins—a community of miniature, tree-dwelling people who live in fear of the same monster. With the help of his new tiny friends and a brave swan, Billy cooks up a heroic plan to defeat the beast once and for all.
